Meredith has spent over ten years leading large-scale cultural, behavioral and technical change initiatives for companies in the financial services and technology industries. She leads the Cyber Aware program for Blackbaud, a multi-faceted initiative designed to drive a strong security culture across the company. Cyber Aware is comprised of regular security awareness training, educational campaigns and metrics to drive behavioral change. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Meredith worked for a Fortune 100 financial services company most recently leading training and development, diversity and inclusion, and engagement for the cyber security team.
