Patricia Higgins is the FSQA Information Systems Specialist for OSI Group - North America. Her role focuses on food safety and quality information management for vendors that service OSI's 13 North American based processing facilities. Patricia's work experience in the Legal and IT sectors prior to joining OSI gave her solid technical understanding of vendor related documentation requirements and navigating information systems.
Her developed communication skills and willingness to share her technical knowledge in an unassuming manner has led to OSI's success rate in connecting to their raw material, ingredient, packaging and storage vendors for North America to 85% and continues to work with vendors that are also outside North America to connect in TraceGains Network.
