Dan Crann joined Voya in September 2018 and currently leads the Enterprise Business Solutions team. In this role, he is responsible for leading the development of capability roadmaps that drive customer experience improvements while managing operational efficiencies for Voya’s Health Solutions and Wealth Solutions lines of business. Dan leads multiple contact center support functions including contact center solution delivery, quality assurance, workforce management, learning and development and operational reporting. Currently, Dan’s focus is on migrating Voya to a contact center cloud solution, implementing new capability such as voice biometrics and virtual assistants and driving innovation, automation and efficiencies in these key operational functions.
