Ms Jerina Loh has been an auditor since 2014, qualifying as an ACCA member in 2019. She was always interested in making audit procedures more efficient and reliable and made several small improvements to her team’s audit processes during her time as an auditor.
Having worked in both big and small practices and audited a variety of industries from financial services to trading, manufacturing and construction as well as various types of internal audit, she was able to identify areas of inefficiency in several audit processes and make suggestion to management for efficient internal processes.
In late 2018, Ms Loh started working on automation of audit and other business processes, which involves project management, data analytics and coding. As the RPA Manager at KLP for almost two years, she has rolled out around 17 automation projects of various complexity levels and providing solutions to four out of five departments at KLP.
