Susan Sandlund is managing director of Veritas Partners, a Pearl Meyer Consulting practice focused on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Sandlund has worked with boards, CEOs, and other levels of management on planned organizational culture change, board and executive team effectiveness, executive assessment and development, and CEO succession planning. Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Sandlund was cofounder of Veritas Partners, specializing in the area of CEO/Executive succession and leadership development. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and is Hogan certified. Sandlund served on the board of trustees of Bon Secours Health System for 10 years, chairing the compensation and human resources committees. She was part of the MDC board of directors, and currently serves as compensation committee chair for Peckham Industries.
