Jake Staub is the co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Ripcord Engineering Inc. Along with Sonia Barrantes, he built the first new single-family, internationally certified PassivHaus in Portland, ME. Jake was an engineering test pilot for the US Navy and has worked as a mechanical engineering consultant.
