Craig Jimenez serves on the boards of NACD’s North Texas Chapter and Air Tractor Holdings. His early training in computational fluid dynamics and parallel computation led to commercial roles in aviation, energy storage, energy logistics, CO2 capture, weather, climate, and associated financial markets. Jimenez founded the weather-triggered, energy-options business at Mirant (now NRG); prototyped and sold energy-storage analytics software at FEA (now Allegro); retired as president of OGE Energy Resources; and cofounded a CO2 capture company (EcoCentri). Having lived and worked outside the United States for 25 percent of his career, Jimenez brings diverse perspective to publications on compensation committee, risk committee, and ESG topics. He was named to Private Company Director magazine’s Directors to Watch 2019. Jimenez is a pilot on leave from Envoy Air (AAG) and volunteers on the ALPA International Air Safety Organization Aircraft Design/Operations Group.
