You can now apply your Custom Audience Experience (CAX) layouts to Immersive On-Demand sessions, giving viewers a fully branded, live-like replay experience. If CAX is enabled on your account, you’ll now see “Custom” as a third viewing option when configuring your on-demand settings.
This enhancement brings your fully customized layouts directly into the on-demand environment for a richer, more cohesive audience journey.
How to Use It
- In your session’s On-Demand Settings, look for Viewing Experience.
- If your account has CAX enabled, you’ll see Custom appear as a third option alongside Standard and Immersive.
- Select Custom to apply your CAX layout to the on-demand viewer.
