Rian has 30+ years of contact center experience. He’s been an agent, a supervisor, a trainer, a quality manager, and director of operations. In 2012 he joined Interactive Intelligence and became part of the Genesys family in 2016. He lives in Indianapolis IN and enjoys playing board games.
