Gail F. Lieberman is a board director and former chief executive with experience at public and private companies in the technology, life sciences, manufacturing, materials, security, financial services and utilities sectors. Her current board assignments include chair of audit and finance committee and chair of compensation committee. She also serves as member of security and technology and financial technology committees. Her past experience includes board service and committee leadership for companies that were sold for premiums ranging from 40% to 81% or whose share price doubled from $6 to $12 during her tenure. Lieberman is former CEO and former CFO with both domestic and international operating and M&A experience in stand-alone as well as multinational companies. Currently as Managing Partner of Rudder Capital, she advises service, media and technology sector companies on corporate finance alternatives and strategy.
