April started her career in financial services straight from school, initially working in the branch network of Clydesdale Bank. She joined Mattioli Woods in 2013, advising a wide variety of private, high-net-worth and corporate clients. With an ongoing focus on continued professional development, April is able to continue to deliver advice in specialist areas including personal protection, investments, inheritance tax and pensions.

With a passionate interest in people and for developing and maintaining long-standing trusted relationships, April uses these cornerstone principles to maintain a successful wealth management career spanning more than 25 years.

Having moved to the region 18 years ago, April now calls Aberdeen home to herself and her young family, who keep her busy when she is not at work. April also loves to spend her free time helping her community. She is a board member of Making Meldrum Better, which aims to raise funds that go back into the community. April also volunteers regularly at other charity events.
