Chad began his career at Corning Credit Union in IT. Over the last 3 years, he’s worked with CCU’s digital partners and member service areas to identify and close gaps between CCU’s in-person/phone channels and the digital channel. Today, he’s focused on building and executing CCU’s Digital Strategy.
