Scott is responsible for overseeing the Global Technology PMO portfolio and managing the implementation of PMO processes, standards and tools within McDonald’s Corporation. Scott was one of the initial PMO leaders to establish and drive the performance management for McDonald’s Digital Acceleration initiative. Previously at McDonald’s, Scott led the PMO for McDonald’s Global Finance Transformation initiative as well as developed and managed the McDonald’s annual global technology planning process. Scott is a technology leader with 30 years of experience serving the hospitality, telecommunications, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Scott has great passion for project management and mentoring others to excel in this profession.
