Eric is an operationally focused global executive with expertise in general management, customer programs delivery, sales, and business development. Eric currently serves as Genesys’ first Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion officer and formerly led Genesys’ Global Professional Services organization delivering over $1BUS in worldwide software solutions. Prior to coming to Genesys, Eric served in multiple leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Ericsson, including the Program Executive of the largest global customer for Alcatel-Lucent’s Enterprise Business Group and the Vice President of Ericsson’s transformation office driving the company’s transition to Agile software delivery methods.
Eric has been married to his wife Sherasa for 25 years. He and Sherasa have two children: their daughter Zharia, a graduate of Spelman College and their son Miles who is a Senior at Howard University. Eric enjoys music, physical training, spending time with his family and close friends and giving back to the community through volunteer activities.
