Darren Wynn's journey with Anicca Digital began in 2010 after completing his marketing degree at Leicester University in 2009. Starting in paid media, Darren quickly demonstrated his analytical mind and strategic thinking, progressing through various roles including Head of Paid Media before transitioning into business management as Operations Director.

Promoted to Managing Director five years ago, Darren now leads all internal operations and chairs the leadership team alongside Founder Ann Stanley. His comprehensive understanding of the agency, gained through nearly 15 years across multiple departments, gives him unique insight into every aspect of the business.

Currently, Darren is at the forefront of Anicca's AI and automation revolution. Over the past two years, he has dedicated significant time to learning AI automation technologies and has successfully automated many of Anicca's internal processes. He regularly speaks at the company's webinars on AI topics and is working closely with Ann to establish the new AI & Automation service division for clients.

In addition to his operational leadership, Darren teaches strategy through the Anicca Academy, sharing his expertise with the 1,000+ marketers trained since 2022.
