Mark Schlesinger is chief information officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions. He is responsible for managing all IT shared services, including infrastructure engineering; cloud architecture and engineering; enterprise information-security engineering; governance; outsource service-provider management; global data-center operations; corporate application development; disaster recovery; and business continuity planning. He also serves as corporate chief information officer for Broadridge. Schlesinger has more than 30 years of brokerage experience in data processing. He held many key roles at Automatic Data Processing between 1989 and 2007, including director of systems assurance, vice president of Data Center Operations, vice president of Technology Services, senior vice president, and chief technology officer.
