Tanuja Dehne is the president and CEO of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, which has distributed more than $500 million in grants and technical support to New Jersey nonprofits. Dehne is an independent director on the boards of Advanced Disposal Services (where she chairs the compensation committee) and Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. (where she chairs the nominating and corporate governance committee). She is a past director of Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp., and a former C-level executive of NRG Energy Inc. Dehne has served on several nonprofit boards, and currently serves on the boards of trustees of Lafayette College, New York Public Radio, and the New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund. Dehne is a member of the advisory board of Drexel University’s Gupta Governance Institute and is on the faculty of NACD’s Board Advisory Services.
