Lionel is responsible for the management of the "Users Digital Journeys" department at Helpline, monitoring new digital, functional and technical use cases. He carries this out having previously run the Omnichannel Contact Centre at Helpline where he managed the 2000 agents over 70 teams in 9 teams in 4 countries.
