Chelsea Lewis is an accomplished board advisor, recruiter, D&I thought leader, content contributor, and speaker focusing on governance, leadership, and board and management succession planning. As a senior project and people manager across two internal teams within NACD, she has worked with companies of all types and sizes, consulting, developing, and delivering customized education programs and evaluations. Currently, as a senior leader of the NACD Board Recruitment practice, she is working to place directors with boards ranging from the F500, to large family owned business, private, and nonprofit organizations across industries. She has spent her free time volunteering for a variety of nonprofit organizations.
