Evelyn D’An is an experienced independent board director. She is currently a director of Summer Infant (where she chairs the compensation committee) and Enochian Biosciences Inc. (where she chairs the audit committee). D’An is a past director of Hot Topic and Alico Inc. D’An is also a director of the NACD Florida Chapter and BoardNext. D’An spent 18 years with EY, where she served clients in retail, consumer products, technology, financial services, media, and other sectors. Throughout her career, D’An has taken on financial and operational leadership roles. She has also led and participated in several successful initial public offerings, debt restructuring, multiple mergers and acquisitions, and a transformation of an accounting and financial reporting infrastructure. She was recently named a Director to Watch by Directors & Boards magazine.
