David Bowers
Deputy Chief Inspector
David Bowers was promoted to Deputy Chief Inspector in November 2018. In this role, he is responsible for the Inspection Service Training Academy, Forensic Laboratory, and Domestic and Global Security headquarters groups.
Prior to this executive appointment, David served as the Inspector in Charge of the Security Group at Inspection Service Headquarters.
David began his Postal Service career in 1987 as an Industrial Engineer and joined the ranks of the Postal Inspection Service as a Postal Inspector in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineers from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
