Lee Reichert is the chief legal and government affairs officer of Molson Coors and a member of the Fortune 500 company’s executive leadership team. Reichert has advised the company and its board on the legal, corporate governance, and government affairs aspects of its M&A and joint venture activities, including its market entries or exits into or from Australia, Argentina, China, India, and Ukraine. Prior to joining Molson Coors in 2011, Reichert was a partner of Kansas City-based Lathrop & Gage, an AmLaw 200 firm. His practice emphasized corporate governance, M&A, and equity and debt financings, including private equity and venture capital. While in private practice, Reichert was recognized as a leading lawyer by various publications, including Chambers USA Guide to Leading Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.
