Tim Stuart
Postdoctoral Fellow, New York Genome Center
Tim Stuart obtained his PhD in biochemistry from the University of Western Australia in 2018, where he studied DNA methylation and transposable elements in the model plant Arabidopsis. Tim’s postdoctoral work at the New York Genome Center has since focused on building computational methods for the analysis of multimodal single-cell data. Tim led the development of new methods for the integration of diverse single-cell datasets, and more recently has led the development of the Signac package for the analysis of single-cell chromatin data.
