Paula is a technologist and marketer who has spent the past five years of her career combining those two passions to build engaging security awareness programs. Paula has been a consultant at Carrier since 2019 and assisted in building Carrier’s Security Awareness program, following Carrier’s spinoff from United Technologies. Responsible for protecting over 60,000 users worldwide, the program has received numerous industry awards including the CSO50 award for Best Security Awareness Program in 2021 and two KnowBe4 Awards for Best User Story and Best Landing Page in 2022. Paula holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Catherine University.
