Scott D. Flynn is currently the vice chair–Audit for KPMG and is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the US Audit practice and leading a team of more than 900 Audit partners and 7,000 Audit professionals. He has also served as leader of KPMG’s Board Leadership Center, where he had previously been an advisor. He was elected to KPMG’s board of directors in 2018. Flynn was previously the global lead audit engagement partner for The Home Depot Inc. and has more than 30 years of experience working with multinational companies, primarily in the retail, consumer markets, and technology industries. Flynn is an SEC Reviewing partner and serves or has served as such on clients including Belk Department Stores, Casey’s General Stores, Costco Wholesale, CST Brands, Estée Lauder, Murphy USA, Ruth’s Hospitality, and Texas Roadhouse, among others.
