Colin Bell is the Head of the Electrical Departmemt at CDE. Colin is an exceptional Engineer, he has been working at CDE for the last 25 years. He was involved with the very first small scale projects and then worked on all projects directly or indirectly since, some including the largest wet processing plants in the world.
