Celeste Coruzzi is managing director and practice leader with Veritas Partners, a Pearl Meyer consulting practice, and an adjunct full professor at Columbia University Teachers College. Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Coruzzi was cofounder of Veritas Partners, a consulting practice specializing in the areas of CEO/executive succession, leadership development, and organization change. Prior to launching Veritas, she was a partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, and before joining Mercer, she was lead partner of PwC’s Strategic Change, Retail/Consumer Products Group. Prior employers were IBM, NASA, and W. Warner Burke Associates. Coruzzi served on the faculty of the Columbia Business School executive development program. She was a trustee to the National Organization Development Network and the editor in chief of the OD Practitioner, its quarterly publication. Coruzzi is a frequent presenter and has published many articles and book chapters on leadership, empowerment, and organizational change.
