Robin Ferracone is founder and chief executive officer of Farient Advisors (Farient), an executive compensation consultancy. She is the author of the book, Fair Pay Fair Play: Aligning Executive Performance and Pay, a regular contributor to Forbes.com, and is quoted often in national publications. Ferracone currently serves on the board of directors of Trupanion Inc., where she is the chair of the compensation committee. In addition, Ferracone is on the boards of WildAid and 2020 Women on Boards, both nonprofit organizations. She is a member of NACD, Women Corporate Directors, YPO Gold, and the Trusteeship. For the past several years, Ferracone has been recognized by the NACD Directorship 100, a list of the most influential people in corporate governance and the boardroom.
