Prior to Genesys, Brendan had 25+ years in customer services. Joining Genesys in 2007, he is now part of the Genesys Multicloud CX portfolio product marketing team. He and his wife recently moved to SE Wales to be closer to their granddaughter. When time allows, Brendan enjoys cycling and woodcraft.
