Kazuya Kobayashi has worked with Planova virus removal filters for over ten years and is an expert on virus clearance evaluation at Asahi Kasei Medical. In addition to joint research with customers, he contributed to enable viral spiking studies at Asahi Kasei Bioprocess America and cooperated with the FDA in conducting viral clearance studies in continuous purification processes. He has engaged in the Technical Services of Planova for customers in Europe, Southeast Asia, and India. He is a project controller planning and coordinating the progress of several projects, including the Planova S20N Launch Project, based on the customer's requests obtained through his accumulated technical support experience. He received his Master’s degree from Osaka University with a major in Science, especially in Biophysical Chemistry.
