While many food PR practitioners boast expertise “from field to fork” Eatherton has added a unique expertise to her skill set, “from lab to label”. She is renown for helping innovative companies commercialize pioneering ingredients and processes designed to feed the world.

Prior to founding Eatherton Consulting, Eatherton spent more than two decades as Partner/Managing Director of Ketchum’s Global Food and Beverage Practice, where she extended the Ketchum Food brand imprint around the globe, providing strategic counsel and oversight for brand and corporate initiatives. Her entire career has been spent in service to the food and agricultural industries.

As leader of the Global F&B sectors at Ketchum, Eatherton directed more than 300 individuals worldwide, solving reputational issues, marketing branded products and ingredients and strengthening stakeholder relationships for both supply and value chain organizations.

Early in her career, Eatherton held leadership positions at Kraft Foods and Dairy Management, Inc. She is recognized for her thought leadership and curation of global food insights, based primarily on the groundbreaking research series Food 2020: Consumer as CEO, and the breakthrough identification of a powerful purchasing cohort, the Food eVangelists.

Under the Eatherton Consulting umbrella, Eatherton continues blazing the way for state-of-the-art activities in the food arena, while providing strategic counsel to companies on brand and stakeholder issues.
