David Kistenbroker is global co-leader of Dechert’s white collar and securities litigation practice, and managing partner of the firm’s Chicago office. His law practice focuses on the defense of directors and officers of publicly traded companies in securities class actions, internal investigations, inquiries by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and in governance disputes. Kistenbroker is chair of the board of the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools.
