Poonam has spent her career working with industry titans, leading international teams as a consultant and Professional services manager before joining Cloudreach. In her role as Head of Talent Academy, Poonam is responsible for the leading and shaping the next generation of cloud talent through the program. An ambassador for change in the industry, she has been instrumental in leading the academy in collaboration with AWS, to ensure the sustainability of skills for our customers and driving the importance of diverse teams creating diverse solutions.
