Kathryn V. Marinello served as the president and CEO and a member of the board of directors of Hertz Global Holdings from January 2017 to May 2020. Prior to joining Hertz, Marinello served as a senior advisor of Ares Management LLC. Earlier, Marinello served as the chair, president, and CEO of Stream Global Services and as the chair, CEO, and president of Ceridian Corp. Prior to Ceridian Corp., she served in a broad range of senior roles over 10 years at General Electric Co, and prior to that, she served as president of the Electronic Payments Group at First Data Corp. She has also served in senior leadership positions at different financial institutions, including US Bank (previously First Bank Systems), Chemical Bank, Citibank, and Barclays. Marinello has served as a director of the Volvo Group, a multinational manufacturing company, since April 2014.
