Lisa joined Genesys in June of 2021 as a Go-To-Customer Talent & Learning Partner. Before joining Genesys, she spent the majority of her career at Cisco in Sales, Sales Operations and various Chief of Staff and Strategy roles focusing on talent and employee engagement.
