Michelle Zenkus is the Legal Operations Manager for UKG Inc. (formerly known as Kronos Incorporated), a leading cloud provider of Workforce Management and Human Capital Management. In this role, she is responsible for identifying, driving and maintaining processes, tools and practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department. Michelle has spent the past 20 years working for both small and large law firms and in-house corporate legal departments. She has utilized her experience to add value to corporate legal departments by driving operational excellence through leveraging people, processes, and technology to innovate and drive efficiencies in the way work is transacted, and her passion for keeping current on legal operations trends, developments and best practices in the industry complements this. Michelle holds an MBA and is a certified PMP professional, as well as an active member of CLOC, ACC and ILTA.
