David Motley is the CEO and president of MCAPS LLC. Motley currently serves on the boards of First National Bank, Koppers, Armada Supply Chain Solutions, ALung Inc., Forest Devices, and Stanford Research Institute. Motley's current board leadership positions include lead director, Nominating and governance committee chair, and audit committee chair. Motley’s last three corporate roles were vice president, general manager positions with Respironics (acquired by Philips) and Covidien (acquired by Medtronic), followed by a senior managing director role with Headwaters SC (acquired by EY). Motley has cofounded three enterprises: The BlueTree Venture Fund; DLM-WCM LLC, a real estate development company; and MCAPS LLC, a professional services company focused on corporate real estate services and information technology. He is the founder of the African American Directors Forum–Pittsburgh, which seeks to increase the representation of African Americans on the boards of publicly traded.
