Stephen has over 30 years’ experience of environmental regulation and management and resource efficiency. Qualifying as a Chemist in 1989 he worked for 20 years in Scotland’s environment protection bodies. Stephen joined Zero Waste Scotland in 2012 and works to drive innovation and the circular economy.
