Liz Hershfield has been senior vice president of supply chain & sustainability of the Madewell business of J. Crew Group since October 2019, overseeing sourcing, supply chain and
sustainability initiatives across all men's and women's product categories. Previously, Liz held the position of chief supply chain officer and vice president of sourcing & production at Bonobos, where she was a founding leader and executed product development and strategies to support extreme growth, leading to the sale of the brand in 2017. From there, Liz accepted the position as head of product development, production and sustainability on the Walmart eCommerce team before joining the Madewell business.
