Andrea M. Weiss is the founder of The O Alliance LLC and CEO of Retail Consulting Inc. Prior to establishing her own consulting business, Weiss was president of the multichannel teen retailer, dELiA*s Inc., president of GUESS, and executive vice president, chief stores officer of L Brands Inc. Earlier in her career, she was senior vice president at Ann Taylor and director of Merchandising for The Walt Disney Co. She serves on the boards of O'Reilly Auto Parts, Cracker Barrel, Bed Bath & Beyond, and RPT Realty. Weiss is also a trustee of Hampton University. She has been named to Crain's New York Business' "40 Under 40" list and in 2016 Weiss was named to the National Association of Corporate Director's Directorship 100.
