Tara joined Cloudreach in January 2020 as Chief People Officer. Prior to this, Tara was Chief People Officer at Mind Gym, following several years as an interim and consultant HR Director for FinTechs facing change, transformation and regulatory hurdles, including Zopa, HSBC Digital and Wonga.
The foundations of Tara’s HR career were established in large multinationals including RBS, Lloyds Banking Group, BUPA and Marks & Spencer, with time spent living and working overseas in India and Australia.
Tara holds a BSc in Psychology from Manchester University and a MSc in Occupational Psychology from City University and was awarded the British Psychological Association’s national research prize for her study on unblocking women’s career progression barriers in city law firms.
