Vincent is part of our Multicloud Product Management team with overall responsibility for Mixed Mode deployment model, but is also involved in areas of Multicloud Core Platform and Private Edition. Prior to PM, he has worked to deliver XaaS to our largest enterprise customers on Genesys-operated Multicloud CX on AWS Cloud Platform.
