Bryce Pippert
Executive Vice President and General Manager Federal Civilian Sector, ManTech
Bryce Pippert is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of ManTech’s Federal Civilian Sector. A passionate and strategic leader, he brings to ManTech more than 20 years of experience in leveraging technology to transform and modernize government and industry. Mr. Pippert leads ManTech’s work with federal civilian agencies, helping them to transform and achieve strategic objectives for modernization of operations, systems and infrastructure; military-grade security; and effective data usage.
Before joining ManTech in January 2019, Mr. Pippert served as a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading digital transformation initiatives for federal civilian agencies. He also helped customers plan for and implement changes in major reform agendas, including the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and the Pension Protection Act.
Prior to Booz Allen, Mr. Pippert was a leader with UBmatrix, Inc., now part of Donnelley Financial Solutions, and served as CEO of XBRL Solutions, Inc., where he led the development of solutions to support more efficient exchange of financial and accounting data with the eXtensible Business Reporting Language. In recent years, he has influenced government policy and priorities around data sharing, data standardization and effective use of government data assets through his work with the Data Coalition, the Data Foundation and the Center for Open Data Enterprise.
Mr. Pippert has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and political science from Wheaton College.
