John Cairns has worked within employability in the North of Scotland for over 12 years, actively promoting value of apprenticeships and the importance of developing our young workforce through his Social Impact manager role within Balfour Beatty. John has worked with Balfour Beatty for over 5 years, being part of local project teams in Aberdeen which includes the construction of Lochside Academy, improvement works at Aberdeen International Airport and currently at Union Terrace Gardens.
