Brian Williamson is an interactive designer for Voice of America. He designs, illustrates, animates and writes code to tell stories. He has used comics journalism to help tell first-person accounts of ivory poachers in Tanzania, animated stories from post-ISIS Iraq, and helped translate interactive graphics into more than 20 languages.
