Dr. Tony Coles is executive chair and CEO of Cerevel Therapeutics, a biotechnology company specializing in the development of new therapies for diseases of the central nervous system. Dr. Coles is also a founding investor and the chair of Yumanity Therapeutics and chair and CEO of TRATE Enterprises LLC. Previously, Dr. Coles was chair and CEO of Onyx Pharmaceuticals and prior to that he was president, CEO, and a member of the board of NPS Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Coles currently serves on the boards of McKesson Corp. and Regeneron and is a trustee for Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Medicine. Dr. Coles is also a council member for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture, a trustee for The Metropolitan Museum of Art, a board member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and on the Harvard Medical School Advisory Board.
