Racquel Reddie
Managing Director/Community Development at the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST)
Racquel currently serves as Managing Director of Community Development for the National Community Stabilization Trust. As Managing Director, her role includes working with the Community Development team across NCST’s footprint to provide neighborhood stabilization strategies. Prior to joining NCST, Reddie was a Senior Business Development Manager for Fannie Mae’s HCD Community Lending Group where she managed large national Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and Small Affordable Lender relationships. Racquel has been involved with Community Development initiatives and programs throughout her twenty plus year career in banking/financial services and affordable housing which began in Florida. Racquel currently serves on the Board of Community Housing Partners and has also served on many other civic and affordable housing Boards which have included Neighborhood Lending Partners of West Florida, LISC (Tampa Bay) and First Housing to name a few. Racquel received her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Florida (USF) and a Bachelor’s of Science from Florida State University (FSU). Racquel is also a USF Institute of Government CRED graduate and Alumni. Racquel resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband and two sons.
