Charandeep Kaur is the head of Worldwide Legal Operations and Chief of Staff to the General Counsel at Juniper Networks. She and her team provide data-driven and purpose fit People, Process and Technology solutions that enable the Juniper Legal team to become a competitive advantage for business. Prior to Juniper, Charandeep supported Operations at various levels in the Legal and Compliance organizations at Cisco Systems. Before Cisco, Charandeep held various technology roles in companies including Chicago Mercantile Exchange, SBC Telecom, Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals and NIIT Technologies. Charandeep holds a Masters in Computer Science and is passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive operational excellence. Juniper Legal Operations team’s efforts were honored with the 2019 Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Award for Technology and Data.
