As the Senior Director of Global Legal Operations at Mylan, Kristi provides leadership to teams in the U.S., Europe, India and Rest of World. She has been instrumental in building, directing, and establishing processes, procedures, and best practices for global legal initiatives. In addition, she is skilled in cultivating, mentoring, training, and motivating high-performance teams. Kristi is a trusted business partner, providing guidance on strategic business decisions and identifying business risk for senior management and colleagues. She is an expert at establishing trust within an organization and delivering business-friendly, customer-driven solutions. Prior to joining Mylan, Kristi worked for two Am Law 100 firms as well as a large Pittsburgh-based bank. Kristi has a particular appreciation for understanding the complexities of the intersection of business and law and uses both her legal and business education and experience to drive collaboration and efficiencies in legal industry.
