Rahul joined Genesys in 2021 as VP of Product, Self-Service and Core AI. He’s focused on building the best conversational AI products for both Digital (DX) and Cloud CX product lines. He joins us from Pypestream, where he served as Chief Product Officer, and before that the IBM Watson team.
